Dina Meyer was born and raised within Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished junior high, she moved to Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. She has two siblings, an older brother named Gregory and a younger brother called Evan. Her first exposure to the industry of entertainment was when she did some modeling at the age of 9 to sixteen. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock was among those who received training in this way, as well as Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. Her first performance came from Beverly Hills 90210.
